Photographers, We’d Love to Have You at Thompson Farm! πŸ“ΈπŸŒ»

If you're a photographer looking for a beautiful backdrop full of flowers, fields, and farm charm — welcome! Thompson Farm is thrilled to be part of your creative vision.

Here’s how it works:

πŸ“‹ All Photographers Form Required

We do not charge photographers a photography fee to shoot at the farm. Instead, your clients and members of their party are responsible for admission.

To receive complimentary photographer admission, all professional photographers must complete our Photographer Form before visiting the farm.

If you're charging for your session, you're considered a photographer in our eyes — even if you're “just doing a few quick minis.” πŸ˜‰

A new Photographer Form must be completed for each date you plan to photograph at the farm. If you're photographing multiple clients on the same date, you may include all of your sessions on one registration.

πŸ“Έ Photography During Regular Farm Hours

You're always welcome to schedule photography sessions while Thompson Farm is open to the public.

Your clients and all members of their party ages 3+ must purchase regular admission for the day of their visit.

Regular admission includes the applicable experiences and admission perks offered that day.

As the photographer, your admission is complimentary as long as you've completed the Photographer Form before arriving.

πŸŒ… After-Hours Photography Sessions

We know some of the most beautiful light happens after our regular operating hours, and we still want photographers to have the opportunity to capture it! πŸŒ»πŸ“Έ

After-hours photography is available with advance notice through our Photographer Form.

Photographers remain complimentary, while clients and all members of their party ages 3+ will need to purchase:

After-Hours Photography Admission — $14.95/person

This admission provides access to our flower fields for your photography session after Thompson Farm has closed to the general public.

Here's how it works:

πŸ“‹ Complete our Photographer Form and select “After Regular Farm Hours.”

πŸ“Έ Enter your session details, including your date, approximate session time(s), client name(s), and party size(s), so we know who to expect on the property.

🎟️ At the end of the form, you'll receive the private After-Hours Photography Admission link to share with your clients.

🌻 All clients and members of their party ages 3+ must purchase their After-Hours Photography Admission before arriving for their session.

Because these sessions take place while Thompson Farm is closed to the general public, your Photographer Form and client admission purchases help us keep track of who to expect on the property that evening.

Please complete your Photographer Form before your session and be sure your clients have purchased their admission before arriving at the farm.

Please note: After-hours admission is for photography access to the flower fields only. Farm attractions, concessions, activities, and other regular admission perks are not available after closing.

πŸ“· Personal Photography

Have a nice camera and simply want to take photos of your own family or friends? You're more than welcome!

If you are not charging for the photography, you do not need to complete our Photographer Form. Regular admission is required for everyone entering the farm during public hours.

Please note that after-hours photography access is available only for professional photography sessions submitted through our Photographer Form.

🌻 A Few Important Reminders

Please respect our flowers, fields, farm property, guests, and fellow photographers during your visit.

Photography access does not guarantee exclusive use of any area of the farm, and other photographers or guests may be nearby.

πŸ“Έ Props & Equipment

You're welcome to bring simple photography props such as blankets, small ladders or step stools, wagons, baskets, chairs, and other easily portable items — no advance approval needed.

Anything that could damage the farm, disturb other guests or photographers, require vehicle access, or significantly alter the space must be approved by Thompson Farm in advance. This includes drones, vehicles, large structures, and specialty setups.

Please take everything you bring with you and leave the farm just as you found it. 🌻

πŸ“± Share Your Work With Us!

In return for allowing photographers to shoot at Thompson Farm without a photography fee, we kindly ask that you tag Thompson Farm when sharing your photos online.

We absolutely love seeing your work and sharing the beautiful moments captured here! 🌻

πŸ“© Questions?

If you're unsure about anything before scheduling your session, please message us on Facebook or e-mail haliemhart@gmail.com and we'll be happy to help.

Thank you for choosing Thompson Farm as the backdrop for your clients' memories. We can't wait to see what you create! πŸŒ»πŸ“·
