PICK-YOUR-OWN
SUNFLOWERS

About Sunflowers:

  • We have mowed paths that are cut out of the field for you to walk through the flowers and experience them from the inside.

  • There are also large grass areas and walkways to enjoy the summer sun, or take a leisurely walk around the fields.

  • We have other flower varieties as well including zinnias and wildflowers. Our wildflowers have 20+ flower varieties. You are welcome to mix & match these flowers with your sunflowers to fill up your souvenir cup, however, we don't suggest cutting the wildflowers as those do not keep as well as the sunflowers and zinnias.

  • Photo ops throughout the fields: There's a GIANT butterfly, bench, tractor and piano just to name a few!

  • Extended hours available so long as you enter our field while we are still open.

Add-Ons:

  • Should you decide that you would like to take more flowers home, you can purchase a Thompson Farm souvenir cup for $10.00 to fill up with flowers.

  • If you do not have something to cut your flowers with, we have scissors available for purchase for $3.00.

Additional Information:

  • We do NOT supply cutting tools. You can bring your own or purchase a pair of scissors from us in the field.

  • We recommend an arms length when you cut your flowers.

  • Angle cut your stems to allow for the most efficient water absorption

  • Change water and cut stems every couple days and display near sunlight to make your bouquets last!
