Upon arrival at the farm, follow signs to our entrance. Our staff will guide you to park in the designated field. There will be employees in the field to assist you and answer queries.

SUNFLOWER SEASON AT THOMPSON FARM

Step Into a Sea of Sunflowers at Thompson Farm!

Get ready to wander through acres of sunshine at Thompson Farm’s Sunflower Fields! Winding mowed paths take you right through the flowers, letting you experience the beauty of the blooms from the inside out. Take your time exploring the fields, soaking in the views, and finding plenty of picture-perfect spots along the way.

And it’s not just sunflowers! Our flower fields are filled with colorful zinnias too, giving you plenty of beautiful blooms to mix and match.

💐 Build Your Own Bouquet — Included with Adult Admission!

One of our favorite parts of the Thompson Farm sunflower experience is getting to take a little piece of it home with you!

Each adult admission includes a 22 oz. souvenir bouquet cup to fill with your favorite combination of sunflowers and zinnias. Pick what catches your eye, mix and match your favorites, and create a bouquet that's completely your own.

Water is provided onsite to keep your flowers hydrated for the ride home.

📸 Photo ops galore!

Come ready for pictures! Wander among the flowers and discover plenty of fun photo opportunities throughout the farm, including our giant butterfly, rustic bench, vintage tractor, piano, and more.

Whether you're here for the flowers, the photos, the bouquet — or a little bit of everything — there's plenty of room to slow down, explore, and enjoy sunflower season. 🌻

Slow down and enjoy the flowers at your own pace! Wander through our sunflower and zinnia fields, take all the photos, and build your own bouquet to take home.

Weekdays offer a quieter, more relaxed flower-field experience — perfect for anyone looking to simply enjoy the beauty of the season.

🎉 Weekend Sunflower Festival

Make a day of it! Our Weekend Sunflower Festival includes everything you love about the flower fields PLUS access to our Adventure Farm and all the added festival fun.

Enjoy the sunflower & zinnia fields, build your own bouquet, explore the new corn maze, play throughout the Adventure Farm, grab something delicious to eat or drink, enjoy live music, and make some end-of-summer memories together.

🐐 Special Animal Weekends: August 29–30 & September 5–7
Our visiting animals join the fun these two weekends! Petting zoo access is included with festival admission, with pony rides available for $10 per ride.

Want to take even more flowers home? Grab a Thompson Farm Souvenir Cup for just $10 and fill it to the brim with your favorite blooms.

Need cutting tools? No problem! We’ve got scissors available for purchase at $3 if you forgot to bring your own.

Additional Information:

We don’t provide cutting tools, so be sure to bring your own or grab a pair of scissors from us in the field for $3.

For the best results, cut your flowers at an arm’s length to ensure they stay fresh longer!

To keep your bouquet looking beautiful, angle cut your stems and change the water every couple of days. Display your flowers in a sunny spot for the best bloom!
